RF Transmitter ICs have ASK,FSK, Encoding EV1527 and Encoding MCU four famlilies. They are mainly designed for the ISM band 315/433MHz and very low current consumption. They work on low supply voltage(2.2-5.5V). They are integrates most circuit ccomponets on-chip and only requires a few external components to work normally.
